Makro, where's my order???

Ordered a bicycle at midnight on Friday 25th November 2022, it's been paid everything. Got the email of my order confirmation. Since then no status update on my order, have not received any calls, only an email and nothing further. Status still hasn't changed, order hasn't even been processed nothing. So what the hell is going on? I want answers, feedback, my order delivered.
