Makro where promises mean NOTHING

If I could have I would have given no stars STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT I had the unfortunate experience to buy from them and the first time i used the product it blew up long story short asked for it to be collected for a refund this was 17 april after more than 800 rands in call centre phone calls as well as a 200km round trip to their closest store to me and a promise that i would be refunded in 2 to 5 working days which expired yesterday i now was told to wait ANOTHER 7 WORKING DAYS really Makro its time to get the papers and the SABC involved I am beyond gatvol with your absolute USELESS DONT CARE attitude towards your customers you can contact me on *** but I suppose given your track record over the last two months this wont happen either
