And this is how Makro handles lies and how their ethics reflect, they blame the supplier after they committed to the delivery. PATHETIC!!!!
I will never support this *********** business again; they JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!!!

This is so strange, YET ANOTHER LIE BY OUR MAKRO TEAM!!!! They state they feel so terrible and would take this matter to heart, but they can't accommodate you and make their suppliers problems yours???
I'll never purchase from Makro again due to this not being the first time this happened, and you clearly state that this incident should not be repeated????? I have read about other customer complaint that this happens a lot, So again Makro JUST DONT CARE!!!! You should change your slogan!
I will post my experience on social media like FB as to how MAKRO treated a good supporting customer!
