Makro what a disappointment

I made online purchase on Sunday and delivery was suppose to be today friday the 4th. I contacted Makro and they are telling me the is no movement since i placed an order. Which i thought thats odd because i usually get notification or see the progress on delivery but this one nothing. I am very disappointed with Makro for not doing a follow up on behalf of the customers.
