Makro, well done!

I had a complaint and mentioned it on Hello Peter yesterday regarding online shopping. Cohen (not sure what his position is) contacted me less than 24 hours later with an apology AND a solution. He did so much effort and arrange my product to be delivered to my door in less than 4 hours. He phoned me with every step and kept me in the loop. Although there was a mix-up with my order at a third party company, he made up for it and did what he had to do to change my mind (after being extremely furious). We are leaving for a trip tomorrow morning and thanks to Cohen's service we will have a geyser! Thank you, this was excellent service! Makro can be proud to have Cohen as an employee that take complaints to heart.
