Pity they cannot be rated lower than 1 star because that is what they deserve!

Bunch of ******* (in my definition when you paid for something an the other party has your money but you do not have the product you paid for it amounts to theft).

And a bunch of ****s and I hope no one buys from them online ever again.

You can e-mail, call the call center, write online ... it is like dealing with someone who wrote "please turn over" on both sides of the paper ... you just keep going around in circles.
