Makro warrenty ****

Logged a hellopeter.com complaint, sent multiple emails, makro provides me with a number that doesn't get answered or **** email for barend breytenbach, the warrenty is ending in the 11th June and been struggling for over a month to claim a warrenty on a walking pad that I bought in December that is just no longer working. I get told to log a warrenty online but get an error saying that it does not qualify. I feel defeated. R4000 wasted
