Makro war of hell!!!

Very disappointed in the service I have received!!!!! I bought a washing machine two months ago. Of which it is now giving an error and refusing to wash!! I spoke to head office twice and the store itself three times still now after 10 days NO COMMUNICATION!!!!! Useless!!!!!!
