Makro wants you to spend more of your own money on their bad brands

Dont be fooled into thinking that SINOTECS 5yr warranty will benefit you. After two tv sets i have learnt that after you buy a SINOTEC, you must be prepared to be without a tv set until it has been repaired. I had bought my tv at a special price and now after three fail repairs i am due for a refund. I cannot get the same size television set at that special price, so i have to add more of my money. I spoke to a lady by the name of PAT (manager) from MAKRO AMANZIMTOTI and was told about the consumer protection act. What about customer service. This tv is only 2yrs old, MAKRO could not even give me a discount. They should not stock brands that fail so quickly, or is this a way of making the consumer to spend more. Much better service at game stores!!!
