Makro - waiting for online refund for more than 2 months

I am waiting for more that 2 months for a refund.

MAKRO online took payment but not confirmed my order. I have already paid for my order on 07/07/2025 for a washing machine and fridge, but your website still shows the order as incomplete.

I made contact with Makro, sending emails left-right-and center with no luck.
