Makro violating CPA rights and using 72 hour stall tactics

Delivered broken chest freezer on 15th April.Technicians confirmed no gas on the 20th.I chose a replacement per my CPA Section 56 rights but Makro "rejected" it.Now they are forcing 72-hour delays night before a long weekend.Pathetic service and ******* stalling.I want my replacement or a full refund immediately.Order #OD***
