Makro violates CPA! Pathetic response from "MacroCare" - ironic!

I recently bought a gas tank online and 2 days before delivery, I received notice of a refund without an explanation. I escalated the matter but received a feeble response about no stock. I requested them to honour the pricing when stock arrived - they flat out refused quoting me their policies. I firmly believe that they violated the CPA on many accounts wrt false advertising and marketing to renege on a non-scarce item.
