makro very bad

again gaming chair purchased gave problems sent itback to makro they sent it for repairs came out of repairs still not happy was told go to the makro you purchased it from went there gave the chair they sent itnack for repairs now they saying customer negligence but on the 1st repair this was never mentioned terrible from makro
