MAKRO VANDERBIJLPARK UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS TO SHOP

Poor, Dangerous, Unsafe, Uncaring, Inconsiderate I was ****** of my purse from out of my bag in the store. Where was security? I believe Fidelity are paid to be the dedicated security?? When I approached the management in the security office namely Andrew he checked the footage on their camera's and confirmed that it was very clear when,who ****** me. He asked if he could call SAPS I said yes. Then he looked at the time and said it would be better for to go to the station and open a case. Which I did. He did not take my details????? After opening the case I went back to Makro Vanderbijlpark spoke to Andrew again and requested the footage to be saved to my USB. He told me I need a court order???? Still did not take my name or telephone number. Why do I need to beg for help or assistance if I am the victim????? BE WARNED IT IS NOT SAFE TO SHOP AT MAKRO VANDERBIJLPARK. IT IS NOT SAFE, NO CUSTOMER CARE, DANGEROUS.
