Makro Vanderbijlpark bad service and rude managers

We bought an item ( printer) from this store MAKRO VANDERBIJLPARK and only lasted 3 months,then broke down and was unusable,when we took the item for exchange it was the fisrt time we were informed that there was only a 14 day return or exchange policy,and this policy was not displayed in main store were items are purchased and non of the sales staff on the floor explained this to us as well,as well when we asked to speak to the manager (JACQUES DELPORT) he was so rude and unprofessional,this is not how any client expects to be treated as you need to put the client at eeze and need to be polite at all times,futher more i would not shop or buy anything from this store ever again as the service is poor and staff does not know what they are selling as nothing is properly explained when you buy a product in this store
