MAKRO VAAL VANDERBIJL STORE LACKING CLIENT ORIENTATION AND FAILURE TO DELIVER

I placed an order on the 28th of May with your Vaal store in vanderbijlpark. Just as I have always done for the last year and a bit. And I have to say I am appauled at the level of service and care toward the customer.

You guys have never failed to deliver before but this order you seem to be unable to fill that order. I get emails from your store saying they failed to deliver but they have never even tried. (I run a business and have cameras all over my property and there has been NO deliveries on the days they said they tried).

I also called your contact center on the Wednesday after the first failure to deliver email and confirmed all my details and even amended my contact number. And still your store is saying they cannot get hold of me and reference to the number I had changed.

I have called your contact center on Wednesday, Friday, Monday and yesterday. And I keep being sent from pillar to post. And to add to the disappointment and irritation I get an email from your fulfilment department saying they cannot get a hold of me again. I HAVE ALREADY UPDATED MY INFORMATION AND WILL NOT ENTERTAIN THIS LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STORE AND GET THIS SORTED TODAY!!!!
