Makro Vaal

Never in my life have I received such poor service from a delivery department as from Makro Vaal, the consultant that phoned is so rude and have no telephone etiquette, my delivery was supposed to be done on Tuesday only to receive a call on Wednesday saying they couldn't find my address, but they never phoned for directions, trying to explain this to the consultant only to have the phone dropped in my ear. This is truly unacceptable and by far the poorest service I've received from Makro.
