Makro vaal are a bunch of *****

I'm so so sooo disappointed in makro vaal, I trusted and respected them so much. I bought a petrol lawnmower during the lock down, the machine died on me the very 1st time I used it, tried taking it back (2 days after purchase) I was told that the returns department was closed and only to open in level 2 lock down. I took it back to the store a month later only for them to tell me they can't replace the lawnmower because it's over a month. I don't want that lawnmower anymore, I want a new one or my money back. Now they are telling me about suppliers and stories.
