Makro useless service.
Very useless!! They admitted I was never refunded in December 2024. Last week I was told my refund had been paid into my account only to find out they've been lying. I haven't been refunded and no one is willing to assist.
Stay away from Makro online!!!! Very useless customer service.

20 May 2025, 11:48This is not proof of refund, i went in store (crown mine) with my bank Statements and everything, Makro admitted that I was never paid my refund because of whatever system glitches, and sufficient evidence that the money never went through. Samson the Manager of crown mines noted all this information and he knows this POP is ****!!!!

I was contacted last week, where i was requested to send my ID and proof of banking details so that my money can FINALLY be refunded. STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND YOU ARE SENDING ME OLD DOCUMENTS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I have given you the Reference number to verify from my BANK that I never received my money!! You are running one big ****!! I will not stop until I AM PAID!
