Makro useless online shop coupled with bad service

Avoid purchasing online from Makro. They do not respond to email inquiries, and their delivery promises are unreliable.

After waiting a long time for my order, I decided to cancel it since the system kept showing "Order in progress."

Makro then had the audacity to refund only the product price, excluding the delivery fee. When I contacted their call center, I was told this was their policy.

Frankly, Makro should get out of the online business—they are ***********. As for their policy, they can keep it and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine.
