Makro useless online purchase service

Never ever purchase online. The worst service ever. Purchased goods online. 1ste order not in stock. Refunded after 10 days. 2nd item delivered but damaged..took 2 weeks to be collected 3 weeks further stilllllllll waiting on refund. Call centee escalate matter every day ...no management EVER. Staff takes calls as a joke.... I had to purchase the item from another vendor in the meantime as this was supposed to be a gift....STILLLLLL WAITING ON REFUND AND NO FEEDBACK OR CALL BACK. I CALL THEM EVERY DAY....JUST USELESS. L de Beer
