Makro useless on refunds and communication

I placed an order online for a text book. Turn around time was 2 weeks. I managed to get the book else where. Emailed makro and order was canceled (***) by David Mavena. I have sent numerous emails regarding my refund and no reply...... This was almost 2 weeks ago.... So does makro ***** money now as well?
