makro useless customer service

order online did not receive item from the 22 nov 2022 called multiple time keeps excuses. then ask for refund as they cant deliver for no reason . then asked for refund still no answer . called again said they will call me back for refund answer still waiting. called again today still no answer

useless in communicating or customer service not priority . other online suppliers refund within 3 days so no excuse taking 2 months to sort out issue
