MAKRO USELESS COMPANY FOR ONLINE DELIVERIES

We ordered online on the 5th May and still waiting for our order. Useless company. Phone the call centre 30 minutes to be answered. Can see that the order is urgent but most phone Strubensvalley branch. Phoned twice before the receptionist answered, so in matter of fact they don't actually have one, got put through to the online service, speak to her, then cuts me off. Phone again and it took 20 minutes before the receptionist answered again, spoke to same lady, said will call me back the same day, still waiting. Why can your staff just do their jobs. What are you paying them for or change our courier company. I have messaged you, wrote a review on your fb page and still no communication from you. PLEASE I AM BEGGING EVERYONE DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERS WITH MAKRO. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR STUFF. MY ORDER NO IS MAK***. DELIVER SOON OR REFUND ME MY MONEY
