Makro - useless!
Most definately the most *********** online business! Takes an order, confirms a delivery date and charges for the product, only to find that 7 days later and 3 calls to "Customer Care" the prodcut is still with the "seller" and not yet collected by the courier company. Ask to escalate and well escallations dept either don't exist or don't answer the phone. This is the last time I order from Makro. Useless! Never again!

A week has passed, no delivery yet you were paid almost 3 weeks and sititng on the money. Now 7-14 dats you will still sit on the money. Great business model! you wit with my money for a month and do absolutely nothing but earn the interest.
You should be paying me interest on the money earned.
This is the last time Makro will receipt my custom.
I am sure there are many customers out there that are in the same position.
