MAKRO - Unreliable Service

We purchased a Whirlpool gas hob a month ago. We had it installed by a certified gas stove installer. Upon installation the installer advised that the jets on the hob are the incorrect type (Natural gas jets) and we will have to log a call with Makro to have these changed. We logged the call on 20 October 2019. Upon checking on progress on 22 October we were informed that the call was not logged with Whirlpool as yet and it was going to be done on the same day (22 October). Upon checking again on 24 October for progress we were referred to numerous different call centers where no person could relate to the query. All the numbers were referring us to credit applications. It has been a week without a stove as Makro DID NOT inform us that the jets on the hob maybe incorrect and Makro DID NOT action the call that was logged a week ago. This is frustrating as we cannot use the hob we purchased and now have to be further out of pocket as we have to purchase food as we cannot cook at our home.
