Makro unreliable lying *******

Once again having problems with makro .. they are quick to take your money but are very slow or *********** to help you, no matter who you talk too you never get an answer and they never call back. I bought a projector and they couldn't supply it so gave me a refund on the 26 of August it's now the 10th of September. I'm trying to start a business and the longer they take the more money I loose...
