MAKRO unreliable company that does not want to refund you when using online only suppliers
Ordered a scooter online in J****ry 2025 and requested refund on 13th January. Collected on 17th but still waiting for refund. I have called numerous time and emailed and the response is its being escalated. now my problem is that they sent the incorrect item the description was incorrect now its a problem when they must process the refund I have been waiting for more than a month for the refund to be exact 5 weeks. I will never shop from Mkro again. I will rather pay a premium price at places like Amazon and takelot at least when I send something back my refund is in my account within 3 days,

07 Mar 2025, 07:45Can I please check that the order you are refering to is correct order number order number xyz(rep**** to them privately with the order number).How is it possible that it was processed on the 20th if I received an email yesterday saying they are still investigating? Then on 6th March you send a courier to collect an item that was collected on 17th January 2025? How can you privately confirm that you will action a refund but you send a couier to collect the item and then you say that the refund will appear in 4 days? I gave no personal info such as order number ect, how did you find my order?

But on the above message you indicated that payment will be actioned on 11 March now your response is that it will be actioned once the return has been approved by the returns department. Which one is it do you guys even know what you are doing at Makro becuase surely you cannot have a different response to the same query. within a span of 3 days.

19 Mar 2025, 17:13All Makro says 2 months since I returned the item it is being referred to the returns team. Does the returns team not work because to process a simple return should not take this long.
