MAKRO - UNPROFESSIONAL AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased a Defy twin tub washing machine on 22/11/2022. The machine was delivered on 24/11/2022. The machine was faulty and didnt work. I logged a return the very same day and it was going to be collected on 27/11/2022. No one came to collect the machine, nor could I get hold of anyone at customer care (my call was on hold and never answered) Ive sent numerous email to which I get an automated response and no one has even had the decency to contact me regarding the matter. I am completely disgusted with the service I have received or should I say NO SERVICE.
