Makro unprofesional and rude

I ordered on saterday 2026/08/29 they said deliver on monday on monday morning i called them and asked them to deliver after 4 they told me to do the arangement on whatsapp after doing that for an hour the person put me in contact with there driver I spoke to the driver with told me he will call me back to arange the delivery after 4 this was at aroun 9 monday morning he then calls me just after 5 and tells me he is standing by my gate so i ask him why i told you there will only be somebody there after 4 then he drops the call and wont pick up when i tried to call him back then i call the call center and the apologize and the lady i spoke to tells me that she has made a note that it should be delivered after 4 2026/09/01 just before 12 the driver phones me and says he is by my house i ask him aswell why there is a note to say that it should be delivered after 4 he also drops the call and he wont pick up the call when i try to call him back after i get home i call the call center and i got the phone dropped on me 4 times on these 4 call i was told so many diffrent stories one where i was told that there was 3 attempts to deliver my order but it was only delivered 2 and the last person on the 4th call told me that they will make a arangemet and put me throw to crown mines makro so i can speak to there dispatch supervisor and then the call dropped after the call dropped i called bak immediately and the 5th person answered and told me my order has been cancelled due to to many deliver attempts and they wont be able to help me as there is nothing she can do because she is working from home while on this call i get the notification than the money is back in my account. ..... how can 4 different consultants try and help me and drop the phone when i ask to speak to a supervisor and on the 5th one it is cancelled with means one of the 4 cancelled my order while i was trying to get this resolved now i have to restart the entire process and redo the order and lose out on the stuff i order from makro on specail this is one of the most unprofessional companys i have ever worked with there call center is full of empty promises and there drivers rude and unprofesional
