Makro unpaid return

My name is Elizabeth Mama Phala. In July 2025 I bought 2 chairs for 998. On delivery I noticed they were too small. I logged a return to makro. They collected their chairs back. Send me a message that they found the chairs back. Send me a message that I will be paid back my 998. Payment came on 26 july it was half of what I paid. Makro paid 1 chair query the chairs told to log another return i did. They sent a message that money will be deposited on my account on the 20th of August . On the 20th there was no money. Started calling them long holding. People dropping calls told to log return over again until their system blocked me. Calling everyday given references more than 50 times. Up until today they didn't pay me. Their order number is ***
