MAKRO UNFULFILLED ORDER

I placed an order with Makro a month ago, and due to stock availability they had to cancel my order and promised a refund to original payment method within 10-15 working days. I has been over that mentioned number of day, I have called them multiple times and no resolution. They ignore my emails and keep making promises about the refund being processed but that money still has not been returned to my account. I’m thinking to file a case of ***** against them because I keep reaching out but not getting any response back anymore.
