Makro - Unacceptable Service

I placed an order on 8th August. Order was confirmed as packed and handed to courier. It is now 28th August. Order has still not been received. The matter has been reported on several occassions. Makro responded twice that the matter is being looked into. MAKRO, if you are unable to deliver, please refund me asap.
