Makro - Unable to provided customer care/support

Unable to resolve a complaint against a faulty Lg washing machine for 2 months which is still under warranty/guarantee. They do not respond to endless phone call/emails and "chats" sent. Failure to provide the appropriate documentation to customers. Took my washing machine and then replaced in with a dish washer. They are a joke, and they treat you the same. As a result i now have nothing to wash clothes with . I have TWO dishwashers. They have no clue what's happening. There is damage to my new kitchen cupboards and have skin condition related to the faulty machine (not washing detergent out).
