MAKRO UNABLE TO DELIVER ITEMS.

I recently bought a washing machine from Makro online, however it is past the date of delivery and I have not heard anything from their courier partner. I'm so disappointed. I called makro and was told that they will escalate the issue to their courier partner Value Express. But even Value Express is not picking calls. So unreliable. Terrible service.
