Makro (uhappy service)

Bought a 58 inch smart andriod sinotec tv from makro pmb for R 6 999.99 not even 1 and half years old the tv screen blacks out then i returned to makro pmb and was told to take tv to makro in umhlanga. I took it in november 2021 and had to drive back to collect it on 24 november 2021 as it had been repaired reference ***. Now not even 3 months after repair tv does the exact same thing. I went back to makro pmb on 8th January 2022 and was told a technician will contact me. To date i have received no sms or response and feel ********** with this product and i am without a tv really disappointing service from makro and would never recommend them to anybody. I have no faith in this defective product sold to me by makro and demand my money back or another product
