Makro ****ty Service

The worst ****en company to purchase anything from. Its been now the 5th purchase and every single time, Makro never delivers on time as stipulated for 2 to 5 working days. No call back and resolve for purchase from 24 Nov 2023 and been escalated more than 5 times. No calls, no emails, no messages, no Manaagers ever available to assist and Useless ****s can't even provide a resolution or answer. No recourse for not delivering my items or delivering my items on time. I'm still sitting here from the 24 Nov 2023 and my items have not been delivered or issues resolved. Calls cannot be made available to me upon request. No managers on the floor to take my call and this is after requesting a manager everytime on 10 calls. Operations don't talk to Customer Care, Managers don't know how to call you back and customer care agents are so useless they can't even provide service or speak English
