Makro - TV License

Worst experience ever at makro Cornubia. My mum purchased 2 tv from Makro along with a tv license. Tv license phoned my mum saying they did not receive payment for the tv license. We sent them proof of payment however they requested proof of payment from Makro. We went to the store 16 May requesting for proof of payment for the tv license and they said accounts will have it they will provide it. As of today 18 June there is no proof of payment provided. They just keep saying they requested it from the accounts department and awaiting feedback.
