Makro - tumble dryer not delivered

I ordered a tumble dryer online on 12 December, on 14th December I received an SMS advising my order was on its way. To date I haven’t received it. I called the call center on 5 separate occasions and was promised delivery by 22nd latest. Nothing arrived. 3 times I have been promised a call back with an update and nobody has contacted me.

This is an expensive tumble dryer and makro has been sitting with my money since the 12th December but clearly cannot supply the item.
