Makro Triple charge for a transaction and bank my cash

I visited makro and made a purchase on the 9 December, I made payment with my card and left the store, makro debit me again on the 12 December and the 13 December *******ly, when I contact my bank they tell me Makro has banked my cash, now my account is overdrawn I have no cash, and makro and standard bank are coming with stories. I need clear guidance as to when my money will be returned oh if makro is going to provide me a voucher so I can use my cash in store. This is absolutely unacceptable
