Makro Trailer nightmare

For the past two years, I've been trying to get a replacement invoice for a trailer that was purchased at a Makro in Polokwane. I've been referred to almost every place in the country to find a person who can assist me with the documentation for this trailer.

First I was referred to Coca Cola, who apparently purchased the trailer. Coke doesn't have the invoice, so they referred me to Makro. Makro cannot assist as the trailer manufacturer went bust a few months after the trailer was purchased. Makro then referred me to Karet Trailers. These guys cannot assist either because the trailer manufacturer, Challenger, went under due to financial constraints.

After all these ups and downs, two years later, I'm stuck with a trailer that I won in a competition, and no papers were handed over for the trailer. I cannot use the trailer, and no one can provide the documents required to register it. What do I do?
