Makro total lack of service
Would actually like to give 0!
No service. 4 weeks after being told my newly purchased printer was ready after repairs, I still have not received the printer back. Despite a call to support every 2 days with promises that it is being attended to. The last straw was a message from the courier company that the repair agent didnt know which item to return! No communication - call center a total waste of time.
