Makro took the money no delivery or suppofrt

On 15 May 2025 I made a online purchase to the amount of R6,846.30 from makro.

The paymemt was sucessfull and went thru on my account. I even have a refrence number that I supp**** to them. Apparently the order was not placed or mismatched. They would sort it out......

Oh boy...... I received no deliveries and the money is stilll in their acvount.

I phoned and emailed themb all of off then proof.

They then requested our banking confirmation and proof of payment and ID DOCUMENT. Twice allready!

TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND.

JUST A WHOLE LOT OF REFERENCE NUMBER.

SO MANY REFERENCE NUMBERS WAS RECEIVED. THAT WAS ALL IT WE RECEIVED. Ref no- [#R5VQ] Ref no- [#S6EB] Ref no- [#R610] OD*** Ref mo- [#TB3Q]

No payment has been received.

We are not talking og R0'1c.
