Makro took my money, but no delivery in sight.

I placed an order on Makro’s website and paid in full, expecting a smooth and reliable delivery process. Unfortunately, the item has still not been delivered, and there has been little to no meaningful communication or update from their side.

What’s worse is the lack of urgency in resolving the issue. I've contacted customer service multiple times and keep receiving vague responses or empty promises that someone will “look into it.” Weeks have passed, and I’m still left waiting — no item, no refund, and no accountability.

This experience has completely shaken my trust in Makro’s online shopping system. I expected better from such a well-known retailer. Until they can prove they value their customers and fix their delivery process, I won't be shopping here again and I do not recommend anyone to shop online at any Makro retail.
