Makro took my money and released my purchased to someone else

Pathetic service from Makro

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PAYING ONLINE AND SELECTING COLLECT

The site said collect in store only so we paid and ordered our paint on the weekend to be collected tomorrow.

Today we receive a notification that our painted has been collected!

Obviously shocked as we did not collect our paint,we call Makro only to be placed on hold and told that someone will call us back but no one calls back.

Clearly Makro is not a trustworthy provider is they will release your purchase to anyone and cannot guarantee that you will be helped when you call to notify them that you did not collect your order.
