Makro took my money and never delivered
Good day.
I bought outside chairs and done groceries on the 29th of November. The groceries were delivered and the chairs were not delivered. I called Makro and they assured me the chairs would be delivered. I got a call from Value to say they will deliver on numerous days. I was inconvenienced because I would sit and wait. Nothing happened. I'm furious at this point. It's the 25th of Jan and still my chairs are not delivered.

so Makro calls me yesterday, I missed the call. They didn't call back. It was a 012 number so I'm assuming it was them. Then I get the email in the snip below. Asking me to rate their service. No one spoke to me. How do I rate a call I never got.
