Makro took my money and did not have the goods in stock - won't get back to me regarding a refund

Makro took my money, over R20k, on 29 November and cannot deliver the goods. No one at your call centre can help. No one replies to emails. No one has made an effort. Thank you Makro for ruining a loyal client's Christmas.
