MAKRO TOOK MY MONEY AND A 108 DAYS LATER AND STILL NOTHING GIVEN BACK
It's been a 108 days since Makro took my money and to date they refuse to pay me back, there is continuously issues, they have been giving me the run around since day 1 of the refund transaction, they have taken nearly R6000 from me and they think doing this to struggling people is right, my mother is suffering without a machine and no one here seems to have any care that it's been this long. I honestly feel like crying at this point cause in my eyes this is ********ITY

01 May 2025, 14:29I just want my money back, this has gone on for tooo long, how illiterate are the finance people at Makro if it takes them 5 months to process a refund. The money was paid to you upon purchase and you think every time you tell me it's with the relevant team that it should calm me down, I have dealt with numerous online purchases and if there was ever a problem, everything was done in max 7 days, how can you sleep at night knowing you are holding my own money away from me for 5 months now

I bought the machine on the 3rd January 2025 and I processed the return on the 6th January 2025 and they came and collected on the 17th January 2025. I am going to give it a few days to see if my money is returned, else you guys are just continuing to mess me around
