Order delivered to incorrect person signed for by someone I don’t even know yet I put the receipt name on delivery . 2 you said I was going to receive an sms when the order was out for delivery and nothing. Had I not checked on the website I wouldn’t have known that you decided to deliver my order wherever you see fit. Is this the way to treat your customers or you ******* that ***** peoples hard earned money. Where is my order and how dare you deliver and and how on earth can you let anyone sign for it

22 Dec 2021, 17:42The fact that your Vaal can call me and not be able to explain why your website stated that the delivery happened yesterday when it only happened today is shocking secondly it’s not like I made it all up I even checked with your delivery company wumdrop chatted to Shanel who stated that it was delivered and signed for by Thole Dlamini shocking your store manager doesn’t understand nor do they know what customer service is. Perhaps if he was in my shoes freaking out about an order that was signed for by whomever he would understand and be able to provide full and comprehensive feedback and not the attitude
