Makro - they don't give your Refund back!

After sending back a back yard quality UPS, I had to battle in order to get my refund which was approved on 20 May 2024. After how many emails, WhatsApp, Facebook message, 7 July 2024 and still no refund. Refund bounced back and they are investigating why... For more than a month. I had to phone again and inform I will be taking this further. For such a Big name, Makro has absolutely horrible client services. Don't give a **** and rather keep you money than do a refund. Finance Dept is up to **** and you should be investigated! How many people on social have Complained on not receiving their refunds. Always a battle. Makro is absolutely pathetic
